Data and purposes

The form sends your name, email address, message and selected language to info@minchev.pro so your enquiry can be reviewed and answered. The fields are required to submit the form; you may also email directly.

Enquiries about a prospective service are processed to take steps at your request before a contract, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Other business correspondence and abuse prevention rely on the legitimate interests of answering enquiries and operating a secure website, under Article 6(1)(f).

Spam protection processes your IP address and maintains a temporary technical counter with a hashed identifier. The website does not store enquiry text in its own database; submitted messages are handled by the email system. There is no profiling or automated decision-making about you.

Recipients and retention

George Minchev has access to enquiries. Hosting and email providers process data needed to operate their services. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

Enquiries are retained for the time needed to handle them and complete the correspondence. If a contract, dispute or legal retention obligation arises, relevant data are kept for the applicable statutory periods. Technical abuse-prevention records are maintained temporarily for that purpose.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@minchev.pro to exercise your rights. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.

Cookies

The website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers and does not store preferences in your browser. There are therefore no cookie consent settings. This information will be updated if these features change.
